Monitoring alerts: Trellis will create monitoring alerts for each production server if CPU, RAM, or disk space exceed 85% usage. These alerts will appear in Slack, both in Trellis’s internal chat channels, as well as #external-stran.
Enhanced support: Trellis will provide immediate (within 1 hour) support for the environments for any hosting related issues between the hours of 8am and 10pm every day, including weekends. Outside of these hours, Trellis will make best efforts to respond as soon as possible.
